Justin T. Rogers received his law degree from Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2010. He was a Note Editor for the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law, a pro bono researcher for the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission, and a finalist for the Drake Law School First-Year Oral Advocacy Competition. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri—Kansas City with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

Mr. Rogers began his legal career by founding Rogers Law Firm, P.L.L.C.; a general practice law firm in Des Moines, Iowa. He represented hundreds of clients in a diverse range of legal matters and secured several favorable rulings in appeals to the Iowa Court of Appeals and Iowa Supreme Court.

From 2016 to 2024, Mr. Rogers served in law enforcement as both a prosecutor and a United States Probation Officer. His career in criminal justice was distinguished by numerous awards and honors: Instructor for the Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement program; President of the Warren County, Iowa, Attorney’s Association; three-time recipient of the Chief United States Probation Officer’s Award; recipient of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services National Training Academy Academic Award, and recipient of the John R. Justice Grant Program Award. After eight years in criminal justice and countless hours in the courtroom as a prosecutor, Mr. Rogers joined the firm in 2024.

Mr. Rogers focuses his practice on general insurance defense, personal injury defense, products liability defense, and civil and appellate litigation. He is licensed to practice in Iowa, Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. Mr. Rogers is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
