Michael J. Patton was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1980. He received a law degree at the University of Missouri at Columbia (J.D., 1980). While in law school, Mr. Patton was a member of the Missouri Law Review, 1978 - 1980. His undergraduate degree was completed at Missouri State University (B.S., 1977).
Mr. Patton joined the firm in 1980 and became a shareholder in 1983. He was the recipient of the Missouri Bar's David J. Dixon Appellate Practice Award in 1989.
Mr. Patton's practice areas are generally concentrated on alternate dispute resolution, mediation, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance defense and coverage, bad faith and civil trial and appellate practice.
He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Jeffrey T. Davis received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia (J.D., 1995). He was a Note and Comment Editor, Journal of Dispute Resolution while in law school. Mr. Davis was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1995 and the Kansas Bar in 1996. He completed his undergraduate studies at Drury College where he graduated magna cum laude (B.A., 1992).
Mr. Davis served as Law Clerk to Hon. Russell G. Clark, Sr. Judge, U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, 1995 - 1997. Mr. Davis joined the firm in 1997 and became a shareholder in 2002. In 2000, he received the Missouri Bar's David J. Dixon Appellate Practice Award and in 2004, he received a chair award from the Missouri Bar Young Lawyer's Section.
Mr. Davis concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, products liability, general insurance defense, and civil trial and appellate practice. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts.
Mr. Davis is a member of the Missouri Bar and was a member of the Missouri Bar Young Lawyer's Section from 2000 - 2006 and was chairperson in 2005. He is currently a board member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and is also a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association; and the Defense Research Institute.

Scott E. Bellm received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (J.D., 1995) where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review (1994 - 1995) and the school's Board of Advocates (1994 - 1995). Mr. Bellm was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1995 and the Missouri Bar in 1996. He received his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University (B.S., 1992). He joined the firm as an associate in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2004. In 2004 he received the Missouri Bar's David J. Dixon award for Appellate Advocacy and is a member of the order of Barristers.
Mr. Bellm is an active member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, having served on the orginzation's Board of Directors from 2009 until 2017. He was additionally honored to serve as President of the organization from 2015 until 2016.
He was named by the Missouri Rising Stars list as one of the up-and-coming attorneys in Missouri (2008-2010) and thereafter has been selected to the Missouri Super Lawyers list as one of the top attorneys in Missuori (2011-2017). He is a Fellow of the Missouri Bar Foundation and is a member of the Missouri Bar, Arkansas Bar, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and the Defense Research Institute.

George W. (Jake) Reinbold, IV, received his law degree and certificate in tax from the University of Missouri at Columbia (J.D., 2004) where he served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program (2002 - 2004). Mr. Reinbold was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia (B.S.B.A., 2001). He joined the firm as an associate in 2004 and became a shareholder in 2010. Mr. Reinbold was named an Up and Coming Attorney by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2008.

She received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University, where she graduated from the University Honors Program in 2004 English and Sociology with a minor in Psychology. She joined the firm as an associate in 2009.
